Ash Swatara Charcuterie Boards
These beautiful Ash boards are true show pieces. Made from one piece of live edge ash and hand carved, each piece is unique and has its own personality and characteristics. Each board is treated with our Board Butter (Mineral Oil & Beeswax) to treat, condition, and protect.
Approximate Dimensions: Boards range between 7-9” wide and the length is approximate 26” with approximate 18” of serving area.
About Ash Wood
Black Ash is found in the Northeastern part of the United States and into Canada. It’s grain pattern resembles that of white oak. Its color is light to medium brown and can contain very wide sapwood. While it’s one of the more affordable hardwoods, it’s becoming more and more difficult to find due to invasive species. It is very durable, but because of it's nature requires more maintenance than our other hardwoods.
For our ash boards, we highly recommend purchasing our Board Butter with these boards and applying after every 3-4 uses or when it feels dry.
