Raised Grain Designs’ products are made with high quality lumber that is often hand picked by us. We almost never use wood that has been pre-planed and squared up as we like to do that ourselves. With that being said, these items are handcrafted in which you should expect that all boards and items have their own unique character. Since they are not machined, one item may vary slightly from another. This is normal and why people absolutely love hand crafted products like ours!

If you do notice a major blemish in your product, please reach out to us immediately and we will be happy to work with you on fixing the issue or providing a replacement if necessary within 30 days of purchase. To avoid damage, please make sure to follow our guidelines listed in our Board Care section of the website.

We can not offer returns and refunds on custom-made products due to misuse, humidity/temperature change, or other damage that happened that was out of our control. However, please reach out to us because we may be able to offer some help and solutions to fix the problem.
